Agreement

By using tendorahealth.com or the Tendora apps, you agree to these terms. If you use Tendora for an agency, you confirm you can bind that agency.

What Tendora is

Tendora is recruiting software that helps home care agencies find and hire nurses. Tendora is not an employer, staffing agency or health care provider. Agencies make all hiring decisions and are responsible for pay, supervision, patient care and required background checks.

Accounts and accuracy

You must give accurate information and keep it current, including licenses, certifications and availability. We may verify credentials and suspend accounts with false or expired information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse patient information, contact nurses outside the platform's consent rules, discriminate unlawfully, scrape the service, or use it for anything illegal.

Subscriptions

Agency plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. [Confirm billing, refunds and founding-agency terms.]
